As with any popular movie, there are always rumors abound about the stars and co-stars. If there's nothing to talk about, fans usually speculate and turn it into juicy gossip. But, we all like a little gossip now and again, right?
When you have a couple as gorgeous and Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Bella Swam), they're even more prone to gossip. They made such a romantic couple onstage, many people just assume they carry their romance off-stage, whether it's true or not.
Recently Robert Pattinson was the cover of Italian Vanity Fair and he helped to clear up many of the rumors about his love life and personal life with a very in-depth interview. Thank you, Robert! When asked about a supposed love affair with co-star, Kristen, he stated that he was single and unattached then added that almost everything that's being said about his personal love life is true.
When asked why all the rumors were flying, he felt it was because there wasn't much to talk about him because he does almost nothing. When he's on location, he works, goes out to eat and comes back in BY HIMSELF. Perhaps some of the reason for the gossip is because he has appeared very protective of Kristen on the few occasions they've been seen in public. They were spotted in Vancouver at Pinky's Steakhouse having dinner and drinks Edward used his body as a shield to protect Kristen from the paparazzi lenses! Chivalry isn't dead after all!
As popular as these two are to the public, some of the fans are disappointed in recent comments made by Kristen. She apparently told a reporter from Interview magazine that it can be very annoying having to play Bella! She also complained how awful it is to be on lock-down after filming every day because of the crazed fans! Be careful what you ask for, Kristen!
