Kristen Jaymes Stewart, an American actress that has starred in several movies, has become almost a household name after her wonderful performance of Bella Swan in the movies Twilight and New Moon. She will also reprise this role in Eclipse. After all, is there anyone that could play it better?
Kristen lived in California and attended school until the seventh grade, at which time she finished by correspondence. Kristen was born in 1990, making her the perfect age to play the role of Bella. Other movies she's starred in include The Cake Eaters, In the Land of Women, Zathura, Panic Room, The Messengers, Speak and Adventureland. She was also in smaller roles as a child, starting at the age of eight. I think we can all safely say that it was Twilight and New Moon that made her a super star!
Director Catherine Hardwicke was captivated with Kristen's informal screen test for the part of Isabella "Bella" Swan. Kristen won the MTV Award for Best Female Performance for her portrayal of Bella in Twilight. With the popularity of the Twilight movies, we won't be surprised if she is nominated for many awards.
Kristen also has other things going on in her professional life. She's about to star in the movie, K-11 with Nikki Reed, who also was on Twilight and Jason Mewes.
